Metabolic Menopause Nutrition Package

For women in perimenopause and menopause

This package is for you if you are experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause and want comprehensive, personalised support to address them at the root.

You may be dealing with some or all of the following: persistent fatigue, unexplained weight gain particularly around the abdomen, disrupted sleep or night sweats, brain fog, anxiety or low mood that feels out of character, joint pain, bloating, low libido, or irregular cycles. You may have tried HRT and want to complement it with nutritional support, or you may prefer to explore what nutrition and lifestyle changes can achieve first.

Whether you are in early perimenopause, approaching menopause, or post-menopause and still experiencing symptoms, this package provides the clinical depth and ongoing support to produce lasting change.

What is included

Your package runs over three or six months and includes a 60-minute initial consultation covering your full health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress, and sleep. From this I build a completely personalised nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle plan tailored to your specific situation and goals - not a template, and not generic advice.

We meet every two weeks for 30-minute follow-up calls to review your progress, adjust the plan, and provide the accountability that makes the real difference. Between sessions you have unlimited support through the Practice Better client portal, access to a personalised recipe library, and a supplement plan with a 10% discount from The Natural Dispensary.

Where relevant, I recommend and interpret functional tests - including hormone panels, thyroid function, gut health, and nutrient status - to give us objective data to work from.

Your package also includes a three-day diet diary analysis prior to your initial consultation, so I arrive at our first session already informed about your current dietary patterns.

How the process works

Every client journey begins the same way regardless of which package you choose.

You book a free 20-minute consultation - no obligation, no pressure. This gives us both the opportunity to talk through what you are experiencing, ask any questions, and establish whether working together is the right next step.

If we decide to proceed, you complete a three-day diet diary and a detailed health questionnaire before your initial 60-minute consultation. This means we can use our first session for clinical discussion rather than background gathering.

Following the consultation, you receive your personalised plan immediately. We then work together through regular follow-up calls, with the plan evolving as your health and symptoms improve.

Why work with a registered nutritional therapist

As a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), I work to the highest professional and ethical standards. My practice is governed by a strict code of conduct, and I maintain ongoing continuing professional development to ensure my clinical knowledge remains current.

Nutritional therapy works alongside conventional medicine. I collaborate with GPs and other healthcare providers where relevant, and I always refer on where a client's needs fall outside my scope of practice.

I am also a Level 3 Personal Trainer, which means I can provide structured, evidence-based exercise recommendations as an integrated part of your plan rather than a generic afterthought.

Balance Your Hormones Wellbeing Nutrition Package

For women with hormonal imbalance at any life stage

This package is for women experiencing hormonal symptoms outside of the menopause transition - including PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, PMS, post-pill hormonal disruption, irregular or painful periods, unexplained infertility, acne, mood instability, or persistent fatigue with a hormonal root.

Hormonal imbalance is not a diagnosis - it is a downstream effect of something else. This package takes the time to identify what is actually driving your symptoms, whether that is insulin resistance, gut dysbiosis, adrenal dysfunction, nutritional deficiency, chronic inflammation, or a combination of factors, and builds a plan to address it directly.

What is included

The package structure mirrors the Metabolic Menopause package: a 60-minute initial consultation, a completely personalised nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise plan, fortnightly 30-minute follow-up calls, unlimited portal support, a personalised supplement plan with 10% dispensary discount, functional test recommendations and interpretation where relevant, and a three-day diet diary analysis prior to your first session.

As with all my packages, the duration is three or six months depending on the complexity of your presentation and your goals.
