About me…

Since birth I had always experienced eczema, which at times had been quite debilitating. By my teenage years I was starting to suffer with higher than ‘normal’ stress, anxiety and mood changes, along with on and off gut issues. The doctors could never really explain to me why I had these issues, and I was generally just given steroid creams and oral contraceptive pills to hide the symptoms. However they would always creep back. By the time I reached my early 20s I decided to take matters into my own hands by addressing my diet and lifestyle.

I fell in love first with exercise and went on to get my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification in 2012. After a brief few years owning and running a luxury chalet company in the French Alps I moved to London where my interest in nutrition grew through working in the wellness travel industry.

By 2018 I was eager to learn as much as I could, so decided to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine where I achieved my diploma with distinction in Nutritional Therapy. After seeing the astounding benefits nutrition and lifestyle changes made on a personal level, I stepped away from my job in luxury wellness travel to make my love of food, nutrition and exercise a career.

I find everything about hormones fascinating and have had a lot of ‘Aha!’ moments both on a personal and academic level. So, I naturally came to specialise in supporting all areas of women’s health and their hormones, including perimenopause, menopause, weight loss, PCOS, PMS, fertility, fibroids, thyroid disorders, mood swings, acne, irregular periods, painful periods, anxiety, bloating, poor sleep, irritability and depression. I support clients holistically and as individuals, to uncover the root cause of their symptoms, to correct any imbalances, and get them back to feeling themselves again.
